Join N-iX and become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact.We are looking for anApplication Portfolio Managerto support the transparency, structure, and governance of the IT landscape within a global technology-driven organization in the insurance services industry.This role focuses on maintaining a structured Business Application and IT Service Inventory and ensuring that relationships between business processes, applications, and technology components are properly documented and aligned with Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles.The position plays an important role in ensuring that the organization’s IT inventory is not just a static list of systems, but a structured and reliable source of truth that supports risk management, compliance, and strategic technology decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Inventory registration & Lifecycle documentationManage the lifecycle documentation of the IT assets Inventory.Ensure data quality and attribute accuracy (e.g., ownership, hosting type) across all entities.Define and enforce the process for onboarding new applications and decommissioning legacy ones.Support Application Owners in the correct categorization of their assets.EA Modeling & Standards (TOGAF)Document and maintain the structural relationships between Business Applications and other components of the Information Domain Model.Apply EA best practices to create visual models of the IT landscape.Ensure the inventory architecture aligns with standards andTOGAFprinciples when applicable.Maintain the “Source of Truth” for how IT components support specific business processes and Business capabilities.Alignment & Stakeholder ManagementRepresent IT Governance needs and define governance requests towards the Architecture function.Act as an interface between different functions for IDM related topics.Guide and support Application Owners through the application assessment (Scoping / Fit-Gap analysis).Facilitate workshops to group applications and map dependencies between different components of the IDM.Applications Risk AssessmentCIA Triad Evaluation: Coordinate with Application Owners to evaluate requirements for Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA).Derive Business Criticality: Define the overall Business Criticality Level based on CIA.Risk-Based Prioritization: Use criticality data to support the Fit-Gap analysis and prioritizing security controls, disaster recovery planning, and audit evidences preparation.Reporting & InsightsProvide visibility into the IT landscape (e.g., application inventory, KPIs such as obsolescence, criticality level).Define IT landscape KPIs and Dashboards,Track and report on Inventory Maturity KPIs.Required Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management (ITSM).Proven experience inApplication Portfolio Management(APM) or maintaining complex IT asset inventories.Practical experience working with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (specificallyTOGAF).Proficiency inEA modeling concepts; ability to create and interpret architectural diagrams. Requirements

3-5 years of experience in IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management (ITSM). Proven experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) or maintaining complex IT asset inventories. Practical experience working with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (specifically TOGAF ). Proficiency in EA modeling concepts ; ability to create and interpret architectural diagrams. Experience with the Ardoq tool is a plus. Experience in documenting IT applications and mapping to business processes and business capabilities. Background in international or federated organizations (multi-entity).
