Job description

Experteer Overview As Analytics Engineer, you will transform raw data from diverse domains into analytics-ready datasets, building KPIs and semantic models that feed dashboards and reports.You’ll bridge Data Management and Analytics teams to deliver reliable data products and enable self-service insights across multiple brands.You’ll explore unfamiliar data domains autonomously, define KPI logic with stakeholders, and ensure data quality and governance as you scale analytics across the portfolio.This role offers impact at pace within a cross-functional, data-driven organization focused on trusted insights and scalable data products.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design and build robust dbt models on Databricks to produce clean, conformed datasets* Define KPI logic in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistency* Maintain the semantic/presentation layer with reliable, tested data products* Apply software engineering practices to analytics code (version control, testing, CI/CD, documentation)* Onboard new data domains independently and model them effectively* Engage with business partners to validate context and KPI definitions* Identify and address data quality issues at the source with the Data Management team* Translate analytical needs into engineering tasks and support the presentation layer and governanceResponsabilidades* 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role* Strong proficiency with dbt (dbt Core or dbt Cloud)* Experience on Databricks or equivalent cloud data platform (Snowflake or BigQuery)* Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, data vault, or similar patterns* Advanced SQL with complex transformations and window functions* Ability to work autonomously across multiple data domains with limited documentation* Strong analytical mindset and capability to validate logic end-to-end* Excellent communication with business stakeholdersRequisitos principales*

Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role
  • Strong proficiency with dbt (dbt Core or dbt Cloud)
  • Experience on Databricks or equivalent cloud data platform (Snowflake or BigQuery)
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, data vault, or similar patterns
  • Advanced SQL with complex transformations and window functions
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple data domains with limited documentation
  • Strong analytical mindset and capability to validate logic end-to-end
  • Excellent communication with business stakeholders
