Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordinate a team of highly experienced embedded software developers throughout the creation of the product software for a complex mechatronic component of a lithography system, up to customer release.
• Lead requirements gathering with interface partners and document and prioritize them in product backlogs.
• Break down these requirements into individual development tasks and plan them into sprints.
• Align timelines for a Minimal Viable Product and further iterations with the stakeholders.
• Drive the introduction of the embedded software product together with the Scrum team and take responsibility for its functionality within the overall system.

• Support the team in incident analysis related to production and customer issues. Erforderliche Qualifikationen

• An excellent university degree in “Electrical Engineering” , “Electronics” , “Mechatronics” , “Physics” , “Computer Engineering” (m/w/d) , or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in the development of complex embedded software in an agile development environment.
• Proven experience in the technical leadership of employees.
• Experience in coordinating external software development service providers.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner; certification as a Product Owner is desirable.
• Strong team skills, high self-motivation, as well as pronounced initiative and ability to work independently.
• Good German and English language skills
