Information Security and Cyber Resilience Support Services: Associate

Role Summary: The Associate supports the review, implementation and operation of information security and cyber resilience controls across market infrastructures. Working within the security team, the Associate assesses policies, controls and change requests, contributes to cyber resilience strategy, participates in red team testing, and helps detect, analyses and respond to cyber incidents. Key Responsibility: * Review and assess policies, controls and change requests from an information security and cyber resilience perspective. * Implement and operate information security and cyber resilience controls and tools. * Develop and implement cyber resilience strategies. * Conduct red team tests within market infrastructures. * Manage and respond to incidents, detect, analyses and react to cyber incidents. Essential Requirements * At least 2 years of experience in the review and assessment of policies, controls and change requests from an information security and cyber resilience perspective. * Experience in conducting red team tests within market infrastructures. * At least 2 years of experience in the implementation and operation of information security and cyber resilience controls and tools. * At least 2 years of experience in the development and implementation of cyber resilience strategies. * Experience in incident management and response, including the ability to detect, analyses and react to cyber incidents. Desirable / Assets (Extra Credit) * Experience in evaluating the impact of changes on operational and cyber risks. * Experience with market infrastructures. * Knowledge of relevant software or hardware used in major financial sector systems and market infrastructures, including new technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). * Experience working with major financial market infrastructures. * Knowledge of incident response frameworks and practical experience in coordinating responses to cyber incidents in market infrastructures.
