Experteer Overview As Salesforce Platform Architect, you own the Salesforce technical solution for Getinge in Germany. You will design, implement, and govern Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and marketing, partnering with cross-functional teams to align with business goals. You will drive scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture while mentoring the development team. Pay / Benefits * Lead design and architecture of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud with CPQ, Service Cloud with FSM, Pardot, B2B Cloud) * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs * Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, designs, and documentation * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce team * Collaborate with quality assurance and oversee QA activities * Oversee Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems and third-party apps * Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, features, and industry trends * Conduct system audits and implement improvements to optimize the platform * Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues * Establish and run a design authority to govern architectural decisions and align with business objectives * Maintain architectural roadmaps and ensure consistency across projects Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred * Proven experience as a Salesforce architect with focus on Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and FSM * Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns * Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools * Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning is a plus * Hands-on experience with DevOps topics (branching, pipelines, CI scripts) * Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience in establishing and running a design authority for governance Key requirements * 30 vacation days per year * trusted working hours and mobile working * modern workplace equipment * JobRad and corporate benefits (employee discounts) * career opportunities * individual training and further education opportunities
