Expert Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape SAP’s PlusOne IaaS platform as a hands-on architect and problem-solver. You will design and deploy network infrastructure at scale, write architectural blueprints, and drive blockers to enable customer go-lives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, AI-enabled cloud infrastructure. This is a highly technical, influence-rich role that values credible standards and collaborative execution. Pay / Benefits * Design and deploy infrastructure AI network architecture for PlusOne across the stack, aligned with customer goals * Author blueprints and whitepapers to document architectural work and share knowledge * Identify and resolve blockers preventing customer go-live and lead stakeholder discussions to maximize value * Provide customer/partner insights to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation Tasks * 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure network technologies * Degree in Applied Sciences (preferred Computer Science or related field) * Proficiency in cloud techniques (IaaS, containers, orchestration, automation) * Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, and AI architectures * Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack and virtualization technologies * Hands-on EVPN-based fabric designs with BGP, VxLAN, spine-leaf architectures * Experience evaluating hardware/software, engaging vendors, and preparing senior management decisions * Experience designing AI-optimized network infrastructure with low-latency/high-bandwidth requirements Key requirements * great benefits * flexible working models * health and well-being * focus on personal development
