Bizneo HR está buscando un profesional de soporte al cliente para el mercado italiano, con disponibilidad de trabajo remoto.El/la candidato/a ideal debe dominar italiano y español, ser tech-savvy y capaz de aprender rápidamente sobre un producto con múltiples módulos.Serás la voz del usuario, resolución de incidencias, y contribuirás a mejorar el producto mediante feedback.Se valorará experiencia previa en SaaS y conocimientos de Intercom, Zendesk o Jira.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
