Analyst Software Engineering

Job Description:Essential Job Functions:Participate in software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of more experienced team members.Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.Contribute to the documentation of software requirements and specifications.Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance from senior team members.Support the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices.Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Actively learn from and assist more experienced team members.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceRelevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experienceProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologiesBasic understanding of coding and debuggingWillingness to learn and grow in the fieldEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a related field is a plusRelevant certifications or training a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
