Diseñarás el ecosistema digital y la arquitectura de datos, asegurando integraciones entre SAP SuccessFactors, analítica y IA, trabajando como puente entre RRHH, IT y proveedores externos.Se requiere +5 años en tecnología de RRHH y conocimiento de APIs/middleware, con inglés avanzado y capacidad de liderar técnicamente.#J-*****-Ljbffr
