Job description

Gather testing requirements and create test cases.
Develop and execute automated/manual test scripts.
Validate results and manage defect tracking.
Perform root cause analysis for functional and performance issues.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks.
Support testing strategy, best practices, and process improvements.
Collaborate with onsite/offshore development teams.

Requirements

Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
Strong Test Automation experience for customer-facing applications.
Hands-on with Python, PySpark, Scala, Spark, Java, Node.js, Angular, React.
AWS experience: S3, Glue, Kinesis, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, IAM, CloudWatch, Athena.
Experience with Terraform Enterprise (TFE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
API Testing: Karate, Postman, SoapUI.
Performance Testing: JMeter, Gatling, Artillery.
CI/CD: GitLab Pipelines (building from scratch).
Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace (preferred).
Experience with functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and communication skills.
AI/ML exposure is a plus.
