Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining switch software within Google’s data-center networking stack. You will drive scalable, high-performance infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and efficiency. You tackle complex debugging, performance tuning, and large-scale network challenges that impact service quality. This position offers the chance to influence cutting-edge AI networking fabrics and hardware-software integration at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain switch software * Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables * Tackle scalability and performance tuning for large-scale networks * Triage issues, debug, and resolve impacts on hardware, network, or service operations * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on infrastructure initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages * 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year in software design and architecture * 3 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, or related compute/storage/hardware expertise * Experience with networking (L2/L3/ACL protocol layers) and SDN Key requirements *
