Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you guide scaled Agile delivery across multiple teams, enabling alignment and transparency. You’ll partner with product, engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and leadership to manage risks and dependencies while driving continuous improvement. You will facilitate large-scale ceremonies and PI planning, and you’ll champion data-driven insights to leadership. This position offers the chance to shape agile practices at scale and influence program execution within a collaborative, mission-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, cross-team refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination * Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments * Collaborate with Product Management, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to maintain delivery flow * Manage and optimize Azure DevOps Boards, backlogs, dashboards, queries, workflows, reporting, and usage standards * Publish sprint and program artifacts (burndown/burn-up charts, velocity, program increment plans) * Provide data-driven updates to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities * Support scaled Agile practices and coach teams toward maturity and continuous improvement * Foster collaboration across engineering, product, architecture, QA, operations, and cross-functional teams * Lead program-level retrospectives and drive process improvements to enhance flow and accountability Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 7+ years in a Scrum Master role or similar * 5+ years coordinating multiteam Agile delivery (Scrum of Scrums, ART) * Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) * Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and complex delivery environments * Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills Key requirements * Annual performance bonus * Generous 401(k) company match * Medical plans with prescription coverage * Health Savings Account contribution for HDHP * Paid Time Off and holidays * Hybrid work arrangements
