You work across multiple teams to drive reusable patterns and engineering standards, ensuring quality, security, and performance. You’ll mentor senior engineers, influence stakeholders, and stay hands-on to keep architectural decisions practical. This role combines technical breadth with impact, advancing AI-enabled engineering and developer productivity within a healthcare software context.
