Workday Technical Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the technical strategy and delivery of Workday solutions at Stream Realty Partners. You will bridge business needs with technical design across Integrations, Prism Analytics, and Reporting, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable platforms. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, govern data flows, and guide both internal and vendor resources. Compensation / Benefits * Define and maintain the roadmap for Workday technical capabilities (Integrations, Extend, Prism Analytics, Reporting, Sana) * Oversee end-to-end delivery of Workday technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives * Design and govern Workday integration architecture (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and guide developers * Oversee Prism Analytics data pipelines, data models, and data publishing for dashboards and reports * Manage Workday reporting framework, including custom reports, dashboards, and security controls * Establish governance structures for integrations, data, extensibility, and reporting * Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate internal/third-party developers and analysts * Act as IT liaison for Workday technical matters and align with IT, Finance, HR, and business units * Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and portfolio reviews * Coordinate with vendors and managed service providers on technical deliverables and knowledge transfer * Ensure compatibility with Workday release cycles and maintain data quality and performance Tasks * 7+ years of experience with Workday technical capabilities (Integrations, Prism Analytics, Reporting) * In-depth knowledge of Workday Extend, Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), Prism Analytics, and reporting frameworks * Experience designing and optimizing Workday technical solutions across domains * Proficiency with Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns * Programming/scripting knowledge (XSLT, Java, XML) * Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) * Strong understanding of data flows, security, performance, data transformation concepts * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Workday Pro certification in Integrations, Prism, or Reporting preferred * Experience in commercial real estate or professional services preferred Key requirements * competitive salaries * bonuses * medical/dental/vision insurance * health savings account * 401(k) plan with company matching * PTO and holiday pay
