Experteer Overview In this role you build and evolve DataForge, Liberty Mutual’s data factory platform, partnering with the Tech Data Office to deliver data products that empower faster, smarter decisions. You will work in an agile environment, tackle complex data problems, and contribute to improvements that speed up the platform. You’ll grow by learning from senior engineers, while delivering valuable, user-focused software. This is a collaborative, impact-driven opportunity within a Fortune 100 company with a startup-like data culture. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with Tech Data Office product partners and CloudForge Engineering to address data product development challenges * Develop and deliver data platform solutions in an agile setting with focus on quality * Build products that deliver meaningful value to end users * Continuously learn, adapt to new technologies, and proactively identify skill gaps and improvements * Demonstrate initiative by enhancing performance, quality, and efficiency beyond issue fixing Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience * Minimum 3+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience * Experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js * Familiarity with AWS, S3, eventing, Cloud Foundry, GitHub, and GitHub actions * Ability to build and consume RESTful services (APIs) * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools * Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and/or Airflow preferred * Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Scrum (or Kanban / XP) * Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to explain decisions to non-engineers * Collaborative, adaptable working style with good prioritization and technical judgment * Solid understanding of technology concepts, system architecture, and standards Key requirements * Flexibile work options (hybrid schedule) * Comprehensive benefits package * Professional development opportunities * Inclusive culture and Employee Resource Groups * Remote collaboration with in-person teamwork * Potential for career growth within Liberty Mutual
