Experteer Overview In this role you will design and build enterprise applications with AI-assisted development tools to boost delivery speed and code quality. You will contribute to TDIndustries’ AI program by creating agentic AI solutions and reusable skills for business users. You’ll work across front-end and back-end stacks, review AI-generated code, and collaborate with IT and customers on new tools and pilots. This position emphasizes governance, training, and scalable AI-driven workflows that extend our capabilities across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Develop enterprise apps with AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality * Provide functional and technical expertise in AI-augmented business processes * Build front-end apps with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS; use AI for code generation and review * Develop back-end APIs with Node.js, Express.js, and SQL databases; leverage AI for queries and tests * Critically review and refine AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and standards * Collaborate with IT and internal customers on new products, tests, and pilots; evaluate AI development tools * Create effective prompts and prompt patterns to maximise AI outputs * Develop, test, and validate applications; integrate automated testing and AI-assisted code review * Train SMEs on AI-assisted development and create training/docs materials * Design, build, and maintain agentic AI solutions with reusable skills and agent workflows * Document skill definitions with governance-compliant prompts, constraints, and interfaces * Partner with citizen developers to package agentic solutions as governed, reusable tools * Stay current with agentic AI frameworks and bring innovations to development practices * Use Azure DevOps, GitHub, Office 365, and agile project tools * Other duties as assigned. Tasks * 2+ years of software development experience * 3+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 * Proven experience using AI coding assistants in a professional environment * Ability to evaluate and safely integrate AI-generated code (security, hallucinations, logic) * Node.js experience required * Knowledge of Transact SQL for data extraction and updates * Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field preferred * AI-related certifications preferred; other relevant certifications welcome * Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks preferred * Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (report development) desired * PowerShell or C# preferred * Familiarity with prompt engineering preferred * Hands-on experience building agentic agents and AI orchestration preferred * Ability to design and document AI Skills with triggers, validation, and interfaces preferred * Understanding of MCP or similar tool-integration frameworks preferred Key requirements * employee-owned company * strong training and career development * growth opportunities * engaged, collaborative culture * servant leadership * stability and long-term path to growth
