IoT - Platform, Services & Solutions Team Leader

• You will act as Team Leader for a set of Platform, Services & Solutions teams, responsible for the definition and the implementation of processes, tools & technical platforms that allow IT South development teams to build, test, deploy and run their software, improving Software Development Life Cycle Experience and Delivery.
• Fostering the creation of best-in-class teams, products and solutions, through your leadership, knowledge and experience
• Lead a team, taking responsibility for its success and improvement.
• Developing team members with different roles: Product Owners, technical roles, software quality engineers, etc.). You are responsible for making the team shine.
• Proactively identify team weak points and promote the change and continues improvements mindset. Think of solutions out of the box.
• Define Team and individuals’ objectives.
• Supporting teams on dependencies and problem solving across organizations.
• You will be accountable for overall domain(scope) responsibilities: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget, leveraging on your team’s performance.
• Stakeholders’ management to create a good relationship with other IT teams. Responsible for supporting and helping the teams in interlocution and management with the different stakeholders.
• Understand and rationalize business needs, helping to prioritize them and negotiate based on the IT budget, together with your team Product owners.
• Providers management to strength the relation with them and develop a win-win approach.
• Propose and implement innovation within the team, in solutions and countries.
• Empowering teams and being responsible for creating multi-country scalable solutions which follow global IT architectural standards.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Technology organization, collaborating with peers to enhance ways of working, leadership practices, and organizational effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering
• Fluent in English and Spanish

At Least 4-5 Years Of Experience

• Leading engineering teams
• Developing not just technical roles, but other IT roles as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Managing stakeholders in a multi-country approach
• Exposure to C-level stakeholders
• Responsive to changing business priorities.
• Providers management
• Budget and capacity management
• Cloud ecosystems knowledge
• Last 1-2 years: AI promoter
• Organized, methodical and responsible.
