3-6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, data science, or a hybrid data role Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field Strong SQL skills and good programming knowledge in Python, Scala, or another scripting language Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, databases, data warehouses, and data modelling Ability to analyse data and translate findings into business recommendations Working knowledge of statistics and machine learning Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP Familiarity with Git and CI/CD is desirable Strong problem-solving, business understanding, and stakeholder-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
