Mission Engineer & Integrator

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide technical expertise in CI risk management for intelligence operations planning and execution. You will work with sponsors to refine requirements, assess technologies, and shape operations concepts. You’ll contribute to system development, tradecraft, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance and effective deployment of operational tech. The position offers impact across planning, evaluation, and implementation within a mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Assist sponsor personnel in risk management and governance to define and clarify operational requirements * Analyze conditions to identify suitable technologies, capabilities, systems, and equipment * Support creation and updates of concepts of operations * Provide input to development of new systems and capabilities * Offer tradecraft recommendations during planning, assessment, and approvals * Communicate and address technical and operational constraints in planning and execution * Conduct trade studies from testing, evaluation, and feedback for system upgrades * Support development of operational procedures including contingencies * Recommend fixes for end-to-end system usability and operability gaps * Review all-source reporting to generate counterintelligence guidance on risks and mitigations * Perform technical security and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies * Validate and verify operational and technical requirements * Ensure non-compliance issues are addressed using sponsor standards and regulations * Support deployment of operational technology systems and equipment * Contribute to operational correspondence in various formats Tasks * Active TS/SCI with relevant polygraph * 12+ years with BS/BA; 10+ years with MS/MA; 7+ years with PhD; 4 years of additional experience may substitute for degree * Customer-specific experience * Prior experience with the customer’s official messaging system * Ability to support mission activities outside typical hours * Willingness to support OCONUS TDYs occasionally Key requirements *
