Experteer Overview In this role you will design, architect and implement large-scale Manhattan MAWM solutions to transform client supply chains. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end solution design, integration, and deployment. You’ll lead workshops, define data mappings, and shape technology strategies that bridge WMS with ERP and TMS. This is a chance to influence multi-functional transformation at scale and contribute to Accenture’s mission of delivering 360 value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional and technical design workshops for Manhattan MAWM leveraging expertise * Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across functions and tech stacks * Develop points of view on design options to guide key decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM * Define MAWM data mapping needs * Drive integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management and Transportation * Develop custom design specifications to address gaps in product configurations * Develop testing strategies and test scenarios * Quality check solutions and test results * Anticipate and mitigate project execution risks from a technology perspective * Advise on process optimization and automation to improve efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead * Partner with IT, Operations and other cross-functional teams for execution Tasks * Minimum 3 years architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum 3 years technology experience in Supply Chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or associate’s with 6 years’ experience) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life * long-term disability coverage * 401(k) * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
