Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you support foundry-level optical and electrical testing to improve throughput and capabilities across multiple sites. You will collaborate with foundry and vendor teams to enhance test processes, analyze test data, and contribute to cross-facility matching. The position requires working with a dispersed team and independently driving test improvements and troubleshooting. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge photonic fabrication and NPI environments, shaping scalable quantum-system testing. Compensation / Benefits * Improve system throughput and capabilities for electrical and optical test * Collaborate with foundry and vendor teams to enhance throughput and capability * Work with foundry development teams on test data analysis and test improvement, including sampling and cross facility matching * Engage in data analysis and recipe support for remote tools across multiple sites Tasks * BS minimum; PhD preferred * 5+ years in wafer level photonic test or characterization * Fiber and FAU based high speed testing experience * Data analysis experience * Ability to troubleshoot optical and system-level problems * Python/SQL/other programming beneficial * Experience with engineers/technologists in R&D and NPI environments * Familiarity with fab process flows and how process variance affects measurements Key requirements *
