Experteer Overview In this role you will support decision-making through advanced data analysis and visualization. You will identify data sources, ensure data quality, and translate business challenges into actionable insights. You will collaborate across functions to align data strategies with goals and communicate findings to stakeholders. You will work with large datasets, develop ETLs, and create visualizations that monitor impact, driving continuous improvement in a dynamic retail environment. This position offers growth within Walmart’s End 2 End Decision Sciences and Supply Chain Data & Analytics team, with opportunities to shape data-enabled decisions across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Work with large datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform decisions * Create ETLs to centralize data from multiple sources * Develop visualizations to monitor impact and address business challenges * Deliver work with speed and quality, engaging cross-functional teams * Analyze stakeholder needs and partner with Operations, Finance and Product on data accuracy across systems * Document processes and share knowledge; mentor peers as a Subject Matter Expert * Independently drive and own projects Tasks * Excellent SQL skills with ability to merge data from multiple tables while maintaining integrity * 4-6 years of experience with data analysis and related areas * Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or custom) with 2-3 years of experience * Ability to tell a clear, concise data story * Business operations fluency with understanding of root-cause analysis * Supply chain background, preferably Distribution Centers and Fulfillment Centers * Strong cross-functional communication * Experience applying advanced analytical methods and statistical techniques * Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with goals Key requirements * Health benefits (medical, vision, dental) * 401(k) and stock purchase * Company-paid life insurance * PTO including sick leave and parental leave * Disability benefits * Education benefit programs (Live Better U)
