Senior Product Owner

Experteer Overview In this Senior Product Owner role, you will steer cross-team initiatives to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced features that align with Direct Supply’s product strategy and business goals. You will partner with data science and engineering teams to refine roadmaps, mentor other Product Owners, and drive outcomes that improve care for seniors and those who support them. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at the intersection of product, AI, and delivery excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Guide the execution of complex product initiatives across multiple teams or programs * Refine backlogs with clear priorities, acceptance criteria, and sequencing * Lead AI-enhanced product feature development with data science and engineering partners * Track progress against roadmap goals and customer impact; adjust plans to mitigate risks * Partner with architecture and tech leads to ensure scalability and delivery readiness * Mentor and support other Product Owners in backlog hygiene, delivery standards, and stakeholder communication * Use intelligent tooling and data to shape decision-making and prioritization * Ensure backlog reflects customer insight, operational considerations, and strategic goals * Translate product roadmap into tactical delivery plans with measurable success criteria * Collaborate with Product Managers to evolve strategic plans based on execution feedback Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Agile delivery role * Proven experience leading delivery across teams or programs * Strong experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) * Experience with AI or automation technologies preferred * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred) * Experience in healthcare, SaaS platforms, or data-rich environments (benefit) Key requirements * Generous benefit package available
