- Collaborate with Stakeholders:work closely with Lam’s cross-functional teams, such as InfoSec, IT, HR, and Legal to support Lam’s wider goals and growth. Reporting & Metrics: contribute to regular management reporting, offering insights into the performance and effectiveness of the corporate security ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, international relations, or similar fields with an emphasis on analytical skills; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- Deep experience with OSINT tools, social media monitoring platforms, and threat intelligence software.
- 3-4 years of proven analytical capability, to include strong investigative skills to parse vast amounts of unstructured data and distinguish credible threats from online noise.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with little guidance.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
