It Systems Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and monitor the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure to align with SOPs, ensuring high availability.You will install and test OSes and software, automate where possible, and enforce security practices across endpoints and networks.You’ll support daily office IT operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standardized IT processes.This role contributes to the company’s mission of delivering cutting-edge AI and quantum solutions by keeping enterprise IT reliable, secure, and scalable.This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Manage and monitor all installed IT systems and infrastructure following company guidelines and SOPs * Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools * Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure * Implement warranty and support activities * Plan and implement system automation to improve efficiency * Design, review, and implement IT policies and procedures for standardization * Support daily office IT operations and user needs * Manage software and user accounts * Implement security best practices including patching, access control, endpoint protection * Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless) and VPN connectivity * Troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure secure access to internal resources Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent) * 2+ years of IT systems, networks, and monitoring experience (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365) * Experience in endpoint devices management and incident management * Vendor management experience * Knowledge of IT administration and system security best practices * Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Fluency in English and Spanish Requisitos principales *
