Technical Leader - Prefab Modular Data Center Systems

Experteer Overview As Technical Leader for PreFab Data Center Systems, you drive the technical solution from tender to delivery, coordinating the design, specifications, and data packages.You will be the main technical contact with clients during tender and design, shaping feasible, cost-aware, maintainable solutions.You lead a multidisciplinary engineering team on medium to large projects and ensure designs align with site needs and regulatory standards.This role combines customer engagement, technical leadership, and close collaboration with sales and operations to deliver impactful modular data center solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead technical solutions during Tender Phase, capturing OPR, drafting design documents, and supporting cost estimation * Review major equipment quotes for technical compliance and coordinate sub-consultant proposals * Develop basis of design (BOD) and design intent for projects, including capacity, site conditions, redundancy, and SOO * Provide technical narrative for proposals and support production administration * Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers to qualify needs and optimize product solutions * Manage design documents through approvals and production, ensuring cohesion with subcontractors * Support on-site reviews, site condition assessment, and constructability input with construction team * Handle RFI responses and change orders during Production and Delivery Phase * Ensure as-built drawings and redlines are completed and verified at project end Responsabilidades * Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or engineering discipline) * +5 years in infrastructure projects in multinational contexts * +3 years in data center solutions (secure power, cooling, electrical/mechanical installations) * Strong customer-facing experience and excellent communication * Senior-level experience leading multidisciplinary teams on medium-large projects * Proven ability to work independently, manage complex design data, and support bids and vendor evaluations * Fluent English (C1) and proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Autodesk REVIT or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus Requisitos principales * exciting job in an international company * opportunities to lead diverse projects * mentoring and induction training * tailored training for career goals * no formal dress code * diversity valued and inclusive culture
