Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical point of contact for the team: facilitate discussions, unblock engineers, provide architectural guidance, and uphold best practices.Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with product and design to refine scope, estimate work, and align on timelines and priorities.Contribute hands-on across mobile platforms by implementing features, fixing bugs, and improving performance.Must-have Skills 8+ years of iOS native mobile development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI. Familiarity with data structures, system design, and design patterns. Proficiency in API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.Nice-to-have:AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Must-have Skills

8+ years of iOS native mobile development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.

Familiarity with data structures, system design, and design patterns.
