Experteer Overview In this role, you lead SAP security and controls engagements within KPMG’s Advisory practice, helping clients secure complex SAP environments and prepare for audits. You will mentor teams, drive remediation strategies, and collaborate with clients on security improvements and automation. The position blends technical expertise with advisory impact, enabling you to shape SAP governance across client organizations. You will operate in a collaborative, growth-minded culture and contribute to internal practice development. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP security, SAP GRC, and audit readiness of SAP environments (including S/4HANA) * Evaluate design and effectiveness of SAP controls across business cycles and recommend strategic remediations * Identify opportunities for improvement in SAP security, automation, and controls with clients * Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Senior Associates on engagements * Coach and train team members to grow SAP knowledge and contribute to practice development initiatives * Maintain integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment Tasks * Minimum five years of SAP-related experience (SAP audit, controls, security design/re-design, GRC, ERP implementations) * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field * Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or audit experience; exposure to SAP GRC versions 10.1 or 12.0 and S/4HANA preferred * Project or team lead experience in a consulting firm preferred * Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP Certified Technology Professional highly preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executives * Ability to travel as needed for client engagements * Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage * disability and life insurance * 401(k) plans * well-being benefits
