Lead Software Engineer (Java/AWS)

Experteer Overview In this Lead Software Engineer role within JPMorganChase’s Consumer and Community Banking, Trust and Security team, you drive secure, scalable technology that supports business objectives. You are a core technical contributor, shaping architecture, reviewing code, and guiding AI-assisted engineering adoption. You lead communities of practice and work with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted market-leading products. You’ll influence resilience, security, and delivery speed at scale.
