Director - Master Data Management

Experteer Overview In this role you guide regional MDm strategy and governance, leading a cross-functional team to ensure data integrity across master data domains. You’ll define vision for MDM data products and drive adoption of standards and best practices. You collaborate with Enterprise Applications, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to harmonize data processes and maximize business value. You will champion data accuracy and measure impact, shaping data platforms to enable enterprise-wide consistency and efficiency. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Master Data governance and domain strategy across regions * Build and run Master Data Domains and data steward teams * Define standards, best practices, and automation techniques for MDM * Drive cross-functional harmonization of master data processes * Establish governance processes and collaborate with Enterprise Applications and Data Office teams * Champion data accuracy culture and ensure MDM assets are used * Develop metrics to demonstrate benefits of master data activities * Communicate and establish MDM best practices across people, processes, and technology Tasks * 10 years in IT applications/operations with 7 years in a Master Data domain * Experience building and leading teams from the ground up * Experience establishing Master Data management domains and governance from scratch * Graduate-level understanding of ML, knowledge representation, and statistics * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Project and team leadership across multiple initiatives * Ability to manage data-intensive ML projects and data lifecycle * Willingness to travel up to 25% Key requirements *
