Enterprise Architect

Experteer Overview As an Enterprise Architect, you will help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy by shaping next-generation enterprise APIs and modern interfaces. You will design and integrate generative AI capabilities into mission-critical applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, ethical AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work on transforming data, models, and pipelines to meet public-service needs at scale. This role offers impact-driven work at the intersection of AI, software architecture, and government mission delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop generative models (GANs, VAEs, transformers/LLMs) * Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for task-specific data * Craft and refine prompts to guide model outputs * Build end-to-end AI pipelines for data prep, training, deployment, and monitoring * Integrate generative AI models into existing applications * Conduct research and experimentation on new algorithms and techniques * Address ethical considerations like bias and misuse in AI systems * Perform other duties as assigned Tasks * BS Degree in IT or related field * minimum 12 years in IT/ development background * prior SSA experience * minimum 5 years hands-on AI model design and development (generative AI preferred) * ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Key requirements *
