Design Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Design Engineer in Caterpillar’s MHE Hydraulics team, you own the design and optimization of hydraulic systems for mini-excavators. You partner with global teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that improve machine performance and operator experience. You translate requirements into detailed designs, run tests, and drive continuous improvement from concept through production. This role offers hands-on challenges in mobile hydraulics and a chance to shape product performance at scale. You will work in a collaborative, quality-focused environment that values innovation and practical problem-solving.
