This position is intended for professionals with a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, combined with practical experience in Project Management, Construction Management, and site supervision.This is an opportunity to join a consolidated company within the sector and work for a globally recognized client on a long-term sequence of Data Center construction projects. The successful candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary PMCM team delivering complex and fast-paced projects.Position SummaryIndustry: Construction, Engineering & Mission Critical FacilitiesPosition: Electro-Mechanical Specialist PMCM (Project & Construction Management)Location: Región de Aragón (Zaragoza) - On-siteContract: PermanentSchedule: Full-timeFlexibility: Working hours flexibilitySalary: Based on experience - to be agreedRequirementsEducationDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in construction and engineering projects (10+ years preferred).Proven experience in Electrical and Mechanical systems installation, supervision, testing, and commissioning.Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Pharmaceutical Plants, Logistics Facilities, or Mission Critical Environments will be highly valued.Experience working within PMCM, Owner’s Representative, Construction Management, or EPC environments is preferred.LanguagesFluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential).ResponsibilitiesTechnical OversightReview and monitor the installation of Electrical and Mechanical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.Support design reviews, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and construction documentation.Construction ManagementSupervise site activities related to MEP systems and coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.Quality Assurance & Quality ControlVerify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and quality procedures.Witness inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.Testing & Commissioning SupportSupport commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5 where applicable.Coordinate testing, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and handover documentation.Project ControlsAssist in project planning, schedule monitoring, progress reporting, and milestone tracking.Review contractor progress claims and support budget and cost control activities.Client ReportingProvide regular technical and progress reports to project management and client representatives.Participate in meetings, workshops, and technical reviews with project stakeholders.Health & SafetyPromote and ensure compliance with site safety requirements and best construction practices.5 Core SkillsElectrical & Mechanical Systems Expertise (MEP)Construction Management & Site SupervisionTesting, Commissioning & Handover ProcessesProject Planning & Progress ControlStakeholder Coordination & Technical CommunicationPreferred ExperienceExperience with some of the following systems will be considered a strong advantage:MV & LV Electrical DistributionGenerators & Fuel SystemsUPS SystemsSwitchgear & Protection SystemsChillers, CRAH/CRAC Units & HVAC SystemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS)Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)Fire Detection & Suppression SystemsStructured Cabling & ICT InfrastructureData Center Commissioning ProcessesBenefitsExcellent working environment in an Owner’s Representative roleLong-term project pipelineProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible working hoursImmediate start (or to be agreed)#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and engineering projects (10+ years preferred). Proven experience in Electrical and Mechanical systems installation, supervision, testing, and commissioning. Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Pharmaceutical Plants, Logistics Facilities, or Mission Critical Environments will be highly valued. Experience working within PMCM, Owner’s Representative, Construction Management, or EPC environments is preferred. Languages Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential).
