Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle EPM FCCS/General Ledger Analyst in the remote setting., We are seeking a skilled Oracle GL and EPM FCCS professional to support financial consolidation, close processes, and reporting initiatives. This role will be responsible for integrating ERP General Ledger data into Oracle EPM (FCCS), ensuring accurate and efficient financial consolidation across entities. Responsibilities include configuration, production support during month-end close, OTBI/BIP reporting, and ticket-based work which is 80% of the work.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and support Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) application
Oversee financial consolidation processes, including:
- Intercompany eliminations
- Currency translation

Ownership management
- Ensure timely and accurate period-end close activities
- Integrate and reconcile data between Oracle General Ledger (GL) and FCCS
- Validate data loads, mappings, and transformations
- Maintain chart of accounts mappings and dimensional hierarchies
- Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams
- Provide user support and training for FCCS and GL-related processes
- Translate business requirements into system solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-7+ years of experience in Oracle Financials and/or EPM
Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
- Oracle General Ledger (GL)
Strong understanding of:
- Financial close and consolidation processes
- Intercompany accounting
- Multi-currency environments

- Contract duration: 3-6 months initially, depending on candidate’s multi-module coverage capability
- Work arrangement: Remote position accepted due to team distribution across Phoenix, San Antonio, and Plano
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
