They wont be dedicated to 1 initiative, will switch between front and back end based on the needs of the various scrum teams. Some might be java integrations, others might be react front ends, etc. etc., * B.S. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required
Java/JEE Programming
practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot
experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL)
experience with RESTful APIs and Webservices – define and drive the requirements
experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories
Experience working with product management, architects and stakeholders
Experience developing web applications and web services (RESTful)
Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: React or Angular
Experience with agile software management (JIRA)
Experience in web development (HTML5 + CSS3)
Experience with automated testing
Experience with Version Control i.e.: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
Experience with Jenkins or other CI (continuous integration) system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge in at least one testing framework i.e.: Selenium, JUnit/TestNg, Cypress, Cucumber, Mocha, etc.
Working knowledge in security and performance

Experience with microservices and cloud-native development
Experience with Insurance business domain
