IT Project Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate technical execution for government IT projects, aligning deliverables with the SOW, schedules, and quality standards. You will work closely with Government stakeholders, the Program Manager, and technical teams to manage priorities, risks, and cross-functional resources. You will drive successful delivery across IT operations, systems engineering, software development, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives in a security-cleared environment. Compensation / Benefits * Provide overall technical and program management for contract execution * Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting IT operations, systems engineering, software development, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives * Manage cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality to ensure successful contract execution * Serve as primary interface with Government stakeholders and oversee all contract deliverables * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, Federal and DoD standards, and organizational policies while driving continuous process improvement Tasks * TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance * Bachelor’s degree in STEM or advanced degree in STEM or Business * Minimum 6 years of experience managing enterprise IT systems, software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure modernization programs * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager leading technical efforts of similar size and complexity * Experience with enterprise IT operations, cloud environments, systems engineering, software development, or cybersecurity initiatives * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps, and SDLC * Familiarity with AWS, Azure Government, or Google Cloud; IT modernization; IAM; RMF; Federal/DoD IT compliance * Experience managing technical teams, program risks, schedules, budgets, and contract deliverables Key requirements * best-in-class 401K matching * comprehensive healthcare via Cigna * HSA contribution * vision and dental plans * life insurance * short- and long-term disability
