Senior Network Pricing Consultant - Remote

Experteer Overview In this role, you will model and price healthcare contracts to balance cost, value, and access. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to influence strategy and support negotiations, driving fair pricing for providers within a complex network. You’ll apply advanced analytics to predict needs, develop innovative pricing solutions, and guide leadership with insights that shape the network. Compensation / Benefits * Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions * Contribute to development of business strategy * Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas/products/approaches * Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams * Conduct financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting * Review work performed by others and recommend improvements * Support and validate provider contracting and unit cost management activities * Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, and financial models * Review others’ work and mentor colleagues Tasks * 8+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, or related field * 5+ years of provider payment methodologies and healthcare products experience * 5+ years of experience with financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and data tools * Experience interpreting financial models to forecast contract changes and financial impact * Expertise in financial impact analysis, risk management, and data manipulation * Proficiency in MS Excel * Preferred: experience with medical coding (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10) and knowledge of MS Access Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * incentive and recognition programs * equity stock purchase * 401k contribution * telecommuter policy for remote work
