Senior Technical Program Manager

Experteer Overview As a Senior Technical Program Manager for SCHIE, you will steer hardware server platform development for Azure cloud. You’ll build cross-team partnerships to turn hardware concepts into scalable solutions, aligning with Microsoft’s Intelligent Cloud mission. You’ll manage risks, milestones, and cross-functional launches, partnering with leaders and engineers to deliver high-quality, high-volume hardware for cloud services. This role offers impact across data center infrastructure and Azure growth, with a focus on strategic execution. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a virtual team across hardware, software, sourcing, supply chain, networking, and datacenter ops to define Plan-of-Record for new product development * Provide technical program management for Cloud hardware development and cross-functional launch strategy * Identify and communicate technical risks; drive risk mitigation and escalation as needed * Collaborate with internal and external partners to form cohesive development plans * Understand product requirements, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies to build effective project infrastructure * Resolve gaps and enable progress through cross-functional collaboration * Ensure timely decisions and accountability for delivering architecture solutions * Conduct risk management for new product introduction and scenario planning * Communicate with senior management on risks and recommendations to support decisions * Maintain cross-functional alignment on milestones, readiness, and deployment across data center infrastructure * Use program management tools to ensure shared understanding of the program plan * Operate effectively in ambiguity and apply processes where value is created * Present and articulate program status to stakeholders and executives * Coach and align stakeholders to milestones, budgets, and objectives * Monitor engineering impact via KPIs and ensure high-quality outcomes * Manage supplier relationships with ODMs, SIs, IHVs when applicable Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects * Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements (Microsoft Cloud Background Check) Key requirements *
