Requirements
- Experience in configuration management, systems engineering support, or technical documentation control.
- Demonstrated experience leading CM activities in secure or classified environments.
- Strong understanding of CM tools, version control systems, and configuration item tracking methods.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain disciplined CM practices in fast-paced mission environments.
Potential locations onsite in either Annapolis Junction, MD or Joint Base-Anacostia Bolling.
Qualifications:
Clearance Required: TS/SCI.
Degree and Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD., * Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
- Familiarity with CM standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A, ISO/IEC CM frameworks, or CMMI-based processes.
- Experience with digital CM tools (JIRA, Confluence, ClearCase, Git-based tools, or similar). initiatives.
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $85,820.94 - $144,483.76

Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to geographic location, position requirements, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
