Job description

Experteer Overview As a Technical Program Manager at AMD, you will lead end-to-end Data Center CPU and Enterprise AI programs from concept to mass production. You’ll coordinate across engineering, product management, business development and supply chain to align requirements, schedules, budgets and risks. You’ll drive execution with an emphasis on automation and process discipline in a matrixed environment. This role offers a chance to influence high-performance computing products and shape their delivery at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end execution of next-gen Data Center CPUs/GPUs from concept to mass production using AMD’s NPI flow * Own product delivery with cross-functional teams across silicon, system, and software * Drive operational discipline through automation, analytics, and process improvements * Prioritize ruthlessly and clear obstacles to the team * Lead technical debug and feature prioritization, schedule alignment and budget attainment * Manage multiple work streams with tight deadlines in a highly matrixed setting Tasks * Progressive experience in new product development from design to program management * Experience as Technical Program Lead for Data Center CPUs/GPUs evaluating tradeoffs between program and technical challenges * High-performance product execution experience in design, validation, or system architecture * Experience with multiple SoC/Products, preferably in recent process nodes * Ability to drive multi-site, multi-discipline programs and operate in a matrixed organization * Strong communication tailored to executives and engineers Key requirements *
