SAP GTS Manager

Experteer Overview In this SAP GTS Manager role, you drive SAP compliance and security initiatives for clients within PwC’s Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice. You lead engagements, mentor teams, and ensure project success through strategic planning and governance. You will analyze client needs, implement security measures, and guide regulatory compliance to help clients achieve their objectives. You work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-impact, secure SAP solutions at scale. This role offers the opportunity to shape risk management practices and foster innovation in client delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards * Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions to optimize operational efficiency within SAP applications * Manage client engagements by planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet strategic objectives * Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance * Utilize SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight * Develop and maintain governance frameworks to support corporate compliance and risk management initiatives * Conduct compliance audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions * Collaborate with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advisement * Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction * Confirm data integrity and security within SAP systems through regular quality assurance checks and audits Tasks * At least a Bachelor’s degree * At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * 401k * holiday pay * vacation
