Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a development team building scalable, cloud-enabled web applications to enhance the advisor workstation experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and governance teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with standards. You’ll guide modern, cloud-native architectures, mentor engineers, and tackle modernization, performance, and reliability challenges. This is a collaborative, impact-driven opportunity at a fast-growing wealth management firm focused on innovative technology for clients and advisors. Compensation / Benefits * Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for AWS-based applications and services * Guide teams in implementing cloud-native architectures, web apps, and service-oriented solutions * Mentor developers on new technologies and practices * Analyze existing applications for modernization opportunities * Assess technical risks and recommend solutions * Create and maintain technical documentation per SDLC standards * Communicate designs and delivery plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade services and components * Participate in code reviews and present designs * Troubleshoot production issues and provide advanced debugging * Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, performance, and reliability * Contribute to solution estimation activities (ROM-level) * Maintain platform documentation aligning with governance requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 7+ years of experience with Angular or similar UI framework * 7+ years of experience with .NET development * 7+ years of experience with SQL Server * 5+ years of experience with AWS services (CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate/EKS, Aurora) * Experience in Agile environments * DevOps practices and tooling * Experience supporting B2B customer experience portals Key requirements * 401K matching * health benefits * employee stock options * paid time off * volunteer time off * Total Rewards package
