Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and scale Generative AI and Predictive AI solutions that drive business value. You’ll work across AI/ML, APIs, cloud, data engineering, and MLOps to deliver production-ready AI applications. You will develop intelligent agents and agentic workflows to automate processes and improve outcomes. This is a hands-on role at scale within Capgemini’s collaborative environment, offering meaningful impact across clients. You’ll join a team focused on advancing AI capabilities and enterprise adoption. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions (GPT, Claude, Stable Diffusion) and Predictive AI models * Build NLP and Computer Vision applications * Create intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows to automate business processes * Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal AI * Design AI-enabled applications and REST API integrations with secure, documented endpoints * Handle API security, rate limiting, debugging, error handling, and documentation * Deploy AI models to production and monitor performance, scalability, and reliability Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field * 3-5 years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or Application Development * Experience deploying and managing production AI solutions with MLOps practices Key requirements * Paid time off (vacation) * Company holidays * Personal days * Sick leave * Medical/dental/vision coverage * Retirement savings plans
