Design, code, and test robust Android applications using Java and Kotlin to meet evolving functional requirements
Modify and enhance existing software to boost efficiency and performance
Prepare, update, and manage technical and user documentation for seamless development and user adoption
Implement and maintain unit tests; proactively resolve bugs for optimal app reliability
Prepare test data and thoroughly validate software accuracy prior to release
Stay current with programming standards and best practices in mobile development
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Android SDK
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Hands-on experience with REST, Graph-QL, and JSON
Skilled in writing unit tests and bug fixing
Familiarity with architecture patterns such as MVC and MVP
Proficient in Android Studio and standard development tools Preferred Skills
One year of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying production-grade Android applications
Familiarity with Android frameworks
Experience with multiple package managers such as Cocoa Pods, Carthage, and Swift Package Manager
Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering user-focused products
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
