Lead Client Solution Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will be the technical authority on Master Data Management within a fast-paced SMB segment, guiding customers from discovery to tailored demonstrations and PoCs. You’ll partner with Account Executives to translate business value into MDM-driven solutions and connect MDM with MuleSoft and Informatica GTM motions. Your work shapes how trusted data unlocks outcomes for customers and the broader AI-enabled Salesforce platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer impact. Compensation / Benefits * Qualify deals with AEs and customers and articulate business value * Lead technical discovery to capture MDM requirements * Deliver demonstrations, architecture workshops, and PoCs highlighting MDM capabilities * Respond to RFIs/RFPs independently * Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing on MDM offerings * Stay ahead of MDM, iPaaS, and AI trends and competitive positioning Tasks * Proven experience in a technical sales or delivery role for MDM solutions * Understanding of MDM fundamentals: identity resolution, deduplication, survivorship * Data modeling and governance workflows, data quality integration * Data integration including real-time master data exchanges * Headless MDM with REST APIs and MCP endpoints * PoC creation and RFI/RFP responses * Ability to lead architectural discussions * 4+ years of professional experience * B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * mental health support * paid parental leave * 401(k) * employee stock purchasing program
