Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and maintain applications for Kinder Morgan’s IT Gas and CO2 Systems, collaborating with IT and business teams to convert specifications into solutions. You will build and enhance user-facing features, create technical artifacts, and ensure solutions align with company standards and development lifecycles. The role offers exposure to a mature IT framework and opportunities to impact critical energy infrastructure systems. Compensation / Benefits * Convert business specs into functional and technical documents * Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and develop solutions * Develop, support, and integrate applications following standards and best practices * Follow Waterfall and AGILE software development life cycle and project management principles * Identify opportunities for business and application improvements within standards * Analyze and document technical capabilities and requirements for systems * Apply solid object-oriented programming principles * Develop new user-facing features and reusable components * Optimize components for performance and efficiency * Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or similar (preferred) * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies in application development * Extensive experience with T-SQL for complex business solutions * Proficiency in the .NET application model and frameworks (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC) * Experience in designing and implementing C#/.NET and SQL Server-based solutions * Experience across the project lifecycle (design, development, testing, migrations, implementations) * Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements and documentation * Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively * Team player with collaborative mindset and problem-solving focus * Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly Key requirements *
