Experteer Overview As a Software Engineer at Google, you will contribute to building scalable software that serves billions of users. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain systems and features that impact information access and interaction. You’ll tackle performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities to switch teams and tackle diverse problems across full-stack, AI, and infrastructure domains. Compensation / Benefits * Write product or system development code * Lead or participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies * Review others’ code to promote best practices and quality * Contribute to documentation and educational content * Triage issues and debug with impact analysis on hardware, network, or service operations and quality Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 2 years of programming in C++, Python, or Java * 2 years of programming in JavaScript or TypeScript * 2 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, or API development * 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms * 2 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging Key requirements * 15% bonus target * equity * benefits * US pay range $147000 - $211000 (USD) * opportunity for growth and impact
