Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric to lead the design, development, and implementation of modern data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, cloud-based analytics platforms, and data engineering best practices, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft data ecosystem., Design and implement scalable enterprise data architecture using Microsoft Fabric. Architect end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting. Develop and optimize data pipelines using Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse within Microsoft Fabric. Build and manage semantic models and reporting solutions using Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across the analytics platform. Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability. Integrate data from multiple on-premises and cloud-based sources. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams. Stay current with Microsoft Fabric capabilities and recommend best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Fabric Power BI Azure Data Factory OneLake Lakehouse Architecture Data Warehouse Data Pipelines SQL and T-SQL Azure Synapse Analytics (preferred) Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics architecture. Experience with Azure cloud services and modern data platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric certifications. Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks, or Spark. Knowledge of data governance, security, and DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile development environments.
