Job description

Monitor and maintain Linux servers in production environments
Troubleshoot system, service, storage and performance issues
Perform OS patching, kernel updates and security remediation
Execute Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration management
Support server provisioning, maintenance and AWS operations
Handle incidents, changes and escalations within SLA
Maintain runbooks, SOPs and shift handover documentation
Collaborate with Network, Storage, Security and Application teams

RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu & Amazon Linux
Linux system administration & troubleshooting
Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
Red Hat Satellite & Linux patching
AWS EC2 & AMI management
LVM, NFS, filesystems & storage management
Linux monitoring, log analysis & performance management
CIS benchmarks, security hardening & vulnerability remediation
ServiceNow, JIRA & Confluence
