SAP CO & PS Lead

• As the SAP Controlling (CO) & Project Systems (PS) Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP CO and PS solutions.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Product Costing (CO-PC).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC is required, while exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable., * Lead the design, validation, and deployment of SAP CO and PS solutions aligned with business needs and transformation goals.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution decisions.

Configure and support SAP Project Systems (PS) for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes, including:

• Project planning and costing
• Budgeting and cost control
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Settlement processes
• Milestone-based revenue recognition

Configure and support SAP Controlling (CO) for Make-to-Order (MTO) processes, including:

• Sales order costing
• Results Analysis (RA)
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Settlement
• Profitability and margin reporting
• Lead Product Costing (CO-PC) processes, including:
• Standard costing
• Actual costing
• Cost component structures and splits
• Overhead costing
• Variance analysis

Configure and support core CO capabilities, including:

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Allocations and assessments
• Period-end closing activities

About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP CO & PS Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) & Project Systems (PS), SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments., * Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS).

• Proven expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) business processes.
• Strong experience with Product Costing (CO-PC), including costing design and period-end processes.
• Experience working in complex global manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead teams, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively across business and IT organizations.
• Provide functional leadership, ensure solution governance and quality standards, and support successful project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
